House Rules

Please make use of the communal laundry room keys hanging by the front door. The laundry room is located at the pool area as you walk down from the patio.

Glass items are not permitted at the pool area. Guests are kindly requested to use the plastic glasses provided in the cupboard beneath the microwave.

The colourful towels are intended for beach and pool use, while the white towels are for indoor use only and may not be used outdoors.

The patio umbrella should please be closed when not in use due to occasional strong winds in the area.

Refuse bags may be placed in the designated refuse area on the left-hand side of the complex exit gate once the dustbin is full. Guests are welcome to ask the groundsman, Patterson, for assistance if needed.

The remote control for the fan in the main bedroom, as well as the hairdryer, can be found in the vanity drawer.

Please note that the hot and cold indicators in the main bathroom shower are reversed, where blue indicates hot water and red indicates cold water.

Two rechargeable lights are available in the TV cabinet for use during load shedding. Guests are kindly requested to recharge them during their stay. Should the power trip during load shedding, the electrical board is located in the cupboard above the microwave.

Guests are kindly requested to respect the neighbours, as some residents live in the complex permanently.

Smoking inside the flat is not permitted.

Please report any damages immediately during your stay.

Cleaning services can be arranged during longer stays at an additional cost. Please contact the host should this be required.

Cancellation Policy - Moderate
