5 star stay at River Cottage. Excellent accommodation in the town of Parys but on the river. Very convenient location. The cottage was extremely comfortable with everything you need and more. Milk, rusks and chocolates were a lovely treat. It was spotlessly clean, had a heater and electric blankets, and a lovely braai area. Peaceful and relaxing. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

Heerlik verby.

Lovely and fantastic. We stayed for a weekend, and we were welcomed by a friendly hostess. The place is lovely, clean and peaceful. The cottage is clean, the linen is clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, including charcoal and milk, even though we brought our own. The hostess is accessible in case of need. We will go back there again.

Heerlik gekuier! Baie goeie, vriendelike diens en goed toegeruste verblyf. Die stoep is 'n lieflike kuierplek.

Wonderlik. Wow! Wat 'n wonderlike plek. Ons het so lekker gebly. Nicolien was behulpsaam en gasvry. Ses sterre as ek kon.

Peaceful and oh-so-pretty in Parys. At River Cottage is a beautiful, well-equipped unit that offers safety, quiet, and wonderful amenities. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are beautifully appointed with comfortable, crisply made beds, beautiful, luxurious en-suite bathrooms, a lovely kitchen and lounge, and a cool, shaded outside area with braai facilities. We had everything our hearts desired: we slept well, cooked well, and could relax and enjoy the nearby attractions. With the river and Parys suspension bridge as well as O's restaurant within walking distance, At River Cottage is truly a gem in the lovely little dorpie of Parys.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay. It was wonderful, especially their braai area, relaxing.

Home away from home.
