Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The swimming pool does not have safety features. Use of the pool and associated amenities is at the guest’s own risk.
Guests under the age of 25 are not permitted without parental or adult supervision.
What to Bring: Toilet paper, beach towels, food, drinks, ice, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, and personal toiletries or lotions.
There is no compulsory staff levy. Gratuities are at the guest’s discretion.
A refundable breakage deposit is required prior to arrival.
The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure, subject to deductions for any damages.
Pets are not permitted.
Loud music, parties, and functions are not permitted.
Guests are required to comply with all estate rules.
Quiet hours are strictly observed from 22:00 to 06:00.
Failure to comply may result in further action in accordance with property policies, including forfeiture of deposits or early termination of the stay.
