Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to sandy roads.
The swimming pool has no safety features. Use of the pool and associated amenities is strictly at guests’ own risk.
Guests should bring beach towels, food, drinks, ice, mosquito repellent, wood (hardwood available on the road to Manguzi), fire starters, sunscreen, and personal toiletries such as soap and lotion.
There is no compulsory staff levy, but gratuities are always welcome.
A refundable breakage deposit is required prior to arrival and will be refunded within two weeks of departure.
Late check-out is available on request, subject to incoming bookings. If approved, an additional charge will be deducted from the breakage deposit. Check-out is no later than 15:00.
No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions are prohibited. All guests must comply with estate rules, including a noise curfew at 22:30. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the full breakage deposit.
For groups including guests under the age of 25, parental or adult supervision is required.
