In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. Guest verification is mandatory to confirm your booking. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance and will remain strictly confidential. Failure to submit these details on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and guests accept full responsibility for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the property and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
Electricity usage is governed by a fair-use policy to ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests. In the rare event of unusually high consumption, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host. Arrivals after 00:00 incur a fee of R350.
