Breakage Deposit

House Rules

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm a booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion.

To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair-use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. Arrivals after 00:00 incur a fee of R350.
