House Rules
Check-in is between 14:00 and 18:00, and check-out is before 10:00.
Please note that the property is serviced regularly. The gardener visits once every 2 weeks, and the housekeeper is required to attend at least 4 times per week at an additional fee per day. Guests are kindly asked to allow access for scheduled services and treat staff with respect.
The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. No pets are allowed, and no parties or events are permitted. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Smoking is not permitted indoors, and no commercial photography is allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and no unapproved overnight visitors are allowed. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool, balconies, stairs, and fireplaces.
Guests are kindly requested to keep doors and windows closed when leaving the property. Glass is not permitted in or around the pool area. Indoor furniture may not be moved outside. Fireplaces and braai areas must be used responsibly and never left unattended. Lights and appliances should be switched off when not in use. Any breakages or maintenance issues should be reported promptly. Foreign items must not be flushed down toilets. Swimming towels should be used outdoors, not bath towels.
Before departure, guests are asked to gather used towels, dispose of rubbish, switch off all lights, fans, appliances, and ensure fireplaces are fully extinguished. Keys must be returned, the property securely locked, and any dirty dishes washed or placed in the dishwasher and started before check-out.
Guests stay at their own risk. The owners accept no liability for injury, accident, loss, or damage during the stay. Use of the pool, stairs, balconies, fireplaces, braai areas, and all facilities is entirely at guests’ own discretion and risk.
