House Rules
Guests need to bring their own beach and swimming towels.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
No pets are permitted.
The Thesen Island Homeowners Association (TIHOA) has implemented a BUPL (biometric user pay levy). This amounts to an additional per-guest cost for biometric registration. At least one Guest in the group is compelled to register and pay the said levy.
The minimum levy will be R140. Any additional guests registering and utilising the biometric system will carry an additional levy per Guest. Passengers need not register, but the names and ID documents of all group members must be entered in the group leader’s biometric document.
