House Rules
No smoking or vaping indoors.
No parties, gatherings, or unregistered guests.
ID confirmation required at check-in.
Please be respectful and quiet at night — no loud music.
Security camera at the front door may not be tampered with.
Set the alarm with the remote when leaving the house.
No illegal downloads.
Be mindful of strong winds that may cause doors to slam.
Leave the house neat and tidy.
Empty garbage bins (use the large bin outside).
Wash used dishes.
Place used towels in the bath (make-up towels are provided; please don’t use white towels for this).
No eating in beds.
Fireplace & Hot Tub
Do not leave the indoor fireplace unattended.
Children must be supervised around the hot tub.
The fire basket becomes extremely hot, never place the lid or anything hot on the plastic shell.
Follow the instructions in the Guest Information Book when using the hot tub.
Note: Damage to property or failure to follow house rules may result in guests being asked to vacate without refund.
