The second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and a separate bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin.
The modern kitchen is fitted with high-end Miele appliances, including an oven, steam oven, convection oven, microwave, coffee machine, and gas stovetop. A breakfast nook seats 6, while the adjacent scullery includes a double basin and dishwasher. The open-plan living area features an 8-seater dining table, a large couch, 2 high-back chairs, and a gas fireplace, all with breathtaking sea views. Sliding doors open onto a private wooden deck with a swimming pool.
