House Rules
Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (a small fee required). Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
This home is loved and regularly used by the owners, so please be respectful of their space.
This is strictly a no-smoking home, the house manual also reiterates this.
You’ll find the wifi name and password in the house manual and on the website.
Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 23:00 and 7:00.
