House Rules
Important: Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete verification through the third-party provider Truvi. This process ensures compliance with short-term rental regulations and provides additional protection for both guests and the property. Guests are offered the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver, which requires a small fee. Truvi will contact guests via email and/or text to complete the verification. Verification should be completed before arrival to enable a smooth and efficient check-in process.
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Smoking, vaping, and shisha are not permitted, as there is no balcony.
Quiet hours must be observed, and pets are not allowed.
For discounted long-term stays, electricity is charged separately.
Guests are kindly asked to wash all dishes before checking out. Cleaning services are available during the stay at an additional charge and should be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Early check-in before 15:00 or late check-out until 12:00 can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.
