The house can accommodate up to 7 guests at a time and features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a guest toilet. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed as well as a single bed. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The living areas include a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, 1-burner gas stove, electric stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher is also available for added convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a 6-seater table that flows effortlessly into the comfortably furnished lounge. A braai room adjacent to the lounge and dining area, featuring a comfortable sofa, built-in braai, and wall-mounted TV, is also available to guests.
