I do however not understand the complaint since I contacted you at 09:00 on the date of arrival with all the information you needed to make a decision about dinner, etc. We do not advertise self-catering facilities at all, but room-only facilities. That being said, we do have microwaves, mini fridges and cutlery available. We do have a sign up at the road to show the direction of the guesthouse. I will however check the GPS coordinates to make sure all is still in order, but the area is bad with cellular signal. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. Kind regards, Elmarie
