Only the number of guests booked and paid for may spend the night in the apartment.
The bathroom window must be opened after every shower for ventilation to prevent mould formation.
Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
Coffee grounds may not be rinsed down the kitchen sink and must be placed in the rubbish bin to prevent blockages and plumbing problems.
Interim cleaning services can be arranged on request at an additional fee.
For long-term stays of more than 28 days, an extra set of linen and towels will be provided according to the number of guests.
