Description

Bergland Accommodation is situated on a fruit farm at the foot of the Olifantsberg, approximately 15 km from Worcester and an hour’s drive from Cape Town. The property also features a stunning wedding venue with unobstructed views of the Breede River, making it ideal for both leisure stays and special events. Access to the farm is via a broad dirt road from the R43, leading to the entrance wall of Bergland.

The property offers 10 bedrooms and 4 chalets. The bedrooms are located next to one of the farm ponds and are furnished with either a double bed or 2 single beds, with white quality linen and towels provided. Each room has a private en-suite bathroom and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

Guests can enjoy the farm-style Lapa, situated on the banks of the farm dam and just a few steps from the rooms. The Lapa includes communal kitchen facilities such as a fridge, microwave, two-plate stove, cutlery, crockery, and washing-up facilities. A TV with DStv is available for entertainment. The Lapa and the surrounding area also feature a swimming pool, which guests in the rooms have exclusive use of.

The property is surrounded by majestic mountains and offers a peaceful atmosphere with several hiking and mountain biking trails to explore. Guests can relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the farm while taking advantage of the tranquil setting and on-site amenities.
