This double-storey house can accommodate 12 guests and comprises 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, or 2 single beds. Two of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom, while the remaining rooms share a bathroom. There is a separate toilet on the upper floor. Linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, gas stove, oven, cutlery, crockery, and a scullery with a washing machine and dishwasher. The living area has a fireplace, a TV with DStv, and leads to 2 balconies. The house also has a games room with a pool table and a dartboard.

Braai facilities are available on 2 balconies, and parking is provided. The property is enclosed, and the house is fitted with an alarm system.

The Vermont area offers activities such as sea kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, horse riding trails, whale watching, and stand-up paddling. Guests can also visit the Vermont Salt Pan to see the flamingos.
