Use of Gas Stove
Gas cooks faster than electric stoves. Please adjust cooking times and heat accordingly to prevent food from burning.
Pots, Pans and Oven Dishes
Do not cut meat or other food items directly in pots, pans or oven dishes.
Please use the provided cutting boards to protect the cookware.
Cutlery and Utensils
Use only the utensils provided that are suitable for non-stick pots and pans.
Do not use metal utensils, as this will damage the non-stick coating.
Damage
Should any damage occur during your stay, you will be responsible for the repair or replacement of the item. Please report any breakages promptly.
Fireplace Safety
Do not place plastic or any other objects on or near the fireplace when in use. The surfaces become extremely hot and may cause melting or pose a fire hazard.
Visitors
Only guests who have booked and paid are permitted on the property. No additional visitors are allowed. This is a private property.
Noise
No parties or loud music are permitted. You are surrounded by other guests and nearby businesses, so please be considerate at all times.
Care of Property
Please treat the property and its contents with care and respect, as if it were your own.
Bedroom and Stair Safety
The second bedroom is located on the first floor and overlooks the living area. Please note that it is not suitable for small children, and care should be taken around the open stair railing.
