Please arrange for late arrivals as reception closes at 22:00; R50 is charged when guests do not inform the establishment of late arrivals.
These are non-smoking rooms.
No noise is allowed after 22:00.
For any lost or broken room key, an R12 fee is charged.
There is a remote for the security gate. If a remote is lost, a fee of R200 will be charged.
Should travel plans change during your stay, 12-hour notice is required.
For ‘non-arrivals’ return of deposits are negotiable at Management’s discretion.
At security gate, at the estate's entrance; please dial the land line or cellphone numbers. Please ask for a code when you leave.
