House Rules
Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, lounge, patio, private garden, communal pool, clubhouse, and parking bays. The garage is not accessible. Guests stay at their own risk; the owners are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage during the stay.
Check-in is from 14:00 PM to 18:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Pets are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 PM to 08:00 AM, and parties, ragers, or events are not allowed. Guests are asked to avoid excessive noise and respect neighbours and the estate. Commercial photography is not permitted, and smoking is prohibited inside the home. Guests are expected to keep the home clean and treat all furniture and items with care, and bath towels should not be used for the pool or beach.
Before departure, guests are requested to gather used towels, dispose of all trash, turn off lights and appliances, return keys, and ensure the property is securely locked.
Additional requests include leaving the home tidy, washing any used dishes, cleaning the braai if it was used, and returning furniture to its original place. These steps help maintain Boardwalk Corner in excellent condition for future guests.
