House Rules
No parties, loud music, or disruptive behaviour are permitted unless the camp has been booked exclusively. Management reserves the right to evict guests without refund if these rules are not followed.
Guests are welcome to bring their own sleeping bags and pillows for the army-style beds. Linen is available at an additional cost, while guests are required to bring their own towels.
Wood, ice, and firelighters are available for purchase at reception. Meals can be enjoyed at the main restaurant or pub at Glenburn Lodge, while Boma meals are available on request for groups of at least 30 guests at an additional cost.
A panic button will be issued on arrival. A refundable deposit of R200 (cash or credit card) is required and will be refunded on departure, provided the panic button is returned in good working condition.
Vehicles may only enter the camp to unload and must thereafter be parked in the designated parking area. No vehicles may be parked next to the tents or on the lawns.
Please note the following:
No smoking inside the tents.
No candles are permitted inside the tents.
Fires and braais are only allowed in the designated Boma area.
No pets are allowed.
No motorbikes, quad bikes, private tents, or caravans are permitted.
No day visitors are allowed.
Firearms and weapons must be handed in at the main hotel reception for safekeeping.
Hunting, shooting, feeding, disturbing, or removing wildlife and plants is strictly prohibited.
Please dispose of litter in the bins provided and use water responsibly.
Tents are not serviced during your stay.
Please report any damages or maintenance issues to reception during your stay.
Guests are responsible for their valuables. Lockable steel trunks are provided; please bring your own padlock and key.
During thunderstorms, guests should return to their tents.
Please help us preserve the natural environment and ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests.
