Great sea views and well priced.

Some windows and doors are difficult to open due to rust, etc. The unit is difficult to access. The garages are too small for most cars. Nice sea views and easy access to the beach. The garage is outside the property. Good WiFi connection. The people at the rental office are very friendly and accommodating.

Loved the place.

We travelled by air. Just one suggestion: maybe have a beach umbrella and chairs for the beach as part of the stay.

A very quiet, spacious place near the beach and other facilities.

The flat itself made a big impression on all of us as it had more value than paid for. Some cupboards were a bit dirty and there is not enough cookware for 6 people. We enjoyed the stay and there were no problems at all.

Received the unit keys as per information received via WhatsApp message but there were no directions in the envelope as per arrangements. Advertised with a single lock-up garage that we could not access since we were unable to unlock the garage door (no key or remote was provided) so we ended up parking our vehicle inside the complex since we could not leave it on the street - causing inconvenience for us and other tenants since we had to move the vehicle every time someone needed to enter or exit - only informed after we checked out that the owner is letting the garage to a permanent resident in the complex. Unable to use the bath since the bath plug does not seal, water is draining from the plug "while" you are standing and running bath water / both showers leak and are not sealed properly, we did not make use of the towels that were supplied for showering since we had to use them to dry the floor, water was flooding from under the door from the one locked room every time we opened the shower tap. Tried calling the "Gradwell Letting" number provided in case of emergency or assistance required but no answer on landline and after hours number kept going straight to voicemail. The owner Lynn is great and she apologised for any inconvenience. We will make use of this unit again in the future, hopefully, we’ll be able to use the lockup garage, bath and showers next time.

Beautiful home.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was stunning and had everything including Wi-Fi. We were right on the beach and everything was walking distance.

I have never been in a beautiful, nice, spacious apartment like Calamari 4. A sea view in our bedrooms makes the house more marvellous. We will definitely come again to that beautiful home.

Vreeslik lekker gekuier.

Ons het baie lekker gebly, dit is net die een stort se deur is heeltemal weg so als word nat en die stort in die hoofslaapkamer lek verskriklik. Ook, ons was konstant 'ge-reprimand' oor WhatsApp deur iemand wat daar bly wat ons heeltyd dopgehou het en gaan skinder het by Lynn, ons is grootmense, dis onnodig. Verder amazing atmosfeer.

Gerieflik en vriendelik.

Netjies en waarde vir geld. Effe beslommernis om toegang uit te werk. Garage amper te klein vir my Prado, nie vir "groot" manne nie.

Dis lekker plek, dis veilig en baie mooi see-uitsig. Die skottelgoed is nie mooi skoon nie, maar anders is daar nie 'n probleem nie. Ons baie geniet. Waarde vir geld.

The place was spotless, excellent layout and views to die for. The place is very upmarket. The beds are very comfortable. I really enjoyed the big screen TV and leather seats.

Accommodation was excellent, everything was very clean and neat. Views were wonderful, a perfect position. Very good value. Pity about all the gates and locks one has to get through to get to the flat, but one realises it is for security and safety.

Great stay, but manager on duty needs to be more careful and be more alert on making sure visitors are well prepared.

We had great stay at Calamari 4. However, we felt that manager on duty was not professional. Firstly he had his phone off by 17:00 and we needed his assistance, and it says on on the instructions we can get through to him until 19:00. Secondly, our beds had no linen on our arrival and we only got linen the next day. Thirdly, one of our cars were parked outside literally on the street, yet on the garage door it was written "this unit has space for 2 cars." Again we figured out what to do with our second car the next day. I would recommend this place to other people, but it won't be a first preference. We had great stay other than the professionalism that was not fully practiced.

Baie ruim woonstel met 'n see-uitsig vanaf elke vertrek. Nie loopafstand na die hoofstrand nie, maar baie naby strand om te gaan stap.

Thank you for accommodating our family. We had an absolutely awesome time. The place exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be booking again! The apartment is equipped with every little thing, so definitely a home away from home. The views are breathtaking - we got to see dolphins and whales! The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy. Side note: Please add 1 or 2 large cooking pots. That was the only thing which I found the apartment needed. Thank you again.
