Cape Dutch Stay aims to ensure that every guest enjoys a peaceful atmosphere, and guests are kindly requested to take note of the following house rules.
Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.
Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement and are not allowed on beds, couches, or other furniture.
Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum and to be considerate of other guests at all times. Loud music is not permitted.
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 08:00.
No parties or events are permitted.
Only registered guests may stay overnight unless agreed in advance.
The braai and firepit must be used responsibly and must never be left unattended.
Guests are requested to treat the apartment and its contents with care and to use water and electricity responsibly.
Any breakages or issues should be reported as soon as possible. The apartment should be left in a neat and reasonable condition upon departure.
