Cape Town Cottage is a lovely self-catering holiday cottage with a private entrance, situated on a shared property with two separate holiday units rented out individually, in Table View, Cape Town. It makes for an ideal homebase for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful and convenient getaway from where they can explore and enjoy the surroundings.
This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second loft bedroom contains a double bed. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and a toilet with a bidet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests entertainment there is a fireplace, and a Smart TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy a private courtyard right off the living area that features a dining table, and on the other side, the home boasts a shared swimming pool with sunloungers, and a shared undercover braai area. An inverter and secure parking are available on the premises. Local amenities such as shops and restaurants are within close proximity, with Blouberg Beachfront being approximately 2 km away.
