Breakage Deposit

House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registration details, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full responsibility for all minors and visitors during their stay. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount may vary depending on the standard of the establishment and is subject to change at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
To ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is managed under a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In the rare event of excessive usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
