House Rules
- Maximum of 6 guests (sleeping over)
- Small pets allowed on request
- Cleaning services by arrangement
- Noise (music, loud talking, etc.) must be kept to a minimum before 09h00 and after 22h00, out of respect for neighbours
- All windows must be closed upon check-out
- Personal belongings are kept on the premises at your own risk
- Blinds should be operated carefully and with care
- Any breakages must be reported for replacement purposes
- Please take care when using appliances; do not place hot pots directly on countertops. Damages caused by negligence will be charged
- The unit must be left neat upon check-out
- Any defects can be reported directly to Yvonne at 062 729 7738
- All facilities are used at your own risk. The owner accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained while using the facilities or during your stay. Personal belongings remain the guest’s responsibility
- The use of drugs on the premises will result in immediate eviction
- No smoking inside the unit
- Kindly empty the dustbin upon departure
- Please use water sparingly
- Only beach towels may be used for the beach; white bath towels are not permitted outside
- Blankets may not be removed from the apartment or used as picnic blankets
- Please note: the property manager resides on the premises
