No smoking is allowed.
Please note that visitors are not permitted for short-term rentals.
For stays longer than one week, a courtesy mid-stay cleaning service is provided. Additional cleaning and/or linen services can be arranged upon request at an extra cost, if required.
A travel crib and/or high chair is available upon request at a daily fee of R50.00, subject to availability.

Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
