House Rules
Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (a small fee required). Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
This home is situated on the third floor and does not have an elevator.
For stays longer than 28 days, electricity will be charged as an additional cost.
Loadshedding is a regular occurrence in South Africa. Guests are encouraged to download the EskomSePush app for updates, using Cape Town as the area of reference.
Cleaning services are available during your stay at an additional charge. Guests are welcome to request the applicable fees or refer to the in-house manual. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice should cleaning services be required.
