Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and verification purposes, guests are required to present a valid form of identification or passport upon check-in. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for any minors and visitors accompanying them.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted under any circumstances.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount of this deposit depends on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
To ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy, allowing for a reasonable daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, guests may be required to reimburse the additional costs incurred.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee will apply.
