House Rules
Children and infants are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not permitted on the premises. Guests may be held liable for a smoking violation fine of up to R1000.
Late check-in after 18:00 PM and after 22:00 PM is subject to an additional charge, payable on arrival.
Quiet hours are observed after 21:00 PM, and no noise is permitted after 23:00 PM.
A copy of all guests’ ID or passport documents may be requested for registration with the building management. A maximum of 2 visitors is permitted at any time, and overnight stays are limited to registered guests only. Guests are required to sign a document outlining the house rules upon check-in.
For monthly rentals of 30 nights or longer, electricity usage is limited to R500 for a 1-bedroom unit and R750 for a 2-bedroom unit.
