Guest Registration:
All guests must be registered at least 24 hours prior to arrival. A copy or clear photo of your passport and valid visa (if applicable) must be sent to us as soon as your booking is confirmed.
Check-In Policy:
This building does not allow self check-in. Guests must be checked in in person.
After 18:00: A late check-in fee of ZAR 250 applies.
After 22:00: A late check-in fee of ZAR 450 applies.
Noise & Conduct:
Our apartments are located in residential buildings with permanent residents. Please respect the community and building rules:
No loud noise after 20:00, and complete quiet is expected after 22:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and within the building. Violation may result in a fine of up to ZAR 1,000 and possible immediate eviction.
A maximum of two people, including visitors, are allowed in the apartment at any time.
No overnight guests are permitted unless they are listed on the original booking.
Check-In Documentation:
Upon arrival, all guests must sign a check-in form confirming acceptance of these house rules.
Cleaning Services:
Complimentary cleaning is only included for stays longer than 7 nights.
