House Guidelines
Hush was created as a slower, quieter space for rest, connection, and peaceful coastal living.
To help preserve this feeling for every guest and resident, we kindly ask that all guests read and accept the following before booking.
Respect the Space
Please treat the apartment, its contents, and the surrounding residents with care and consideration, as you would your own home.
Cleaning Fee
A once-off R950 cleaning fee applies to every reservation. This fee covers professional cleaning and preparation of the apartment before and after your stay, ensuring each guest arrives to a beautifully presented space.
Check-In & Check-Out
* Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
* Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate arrivals after 8:00 pm unless arranged in advance.
* Check-out is strictly by 10:00 am unless a later departure has been arranged prior to your stay.
Quiet Hours
Hush Stay is located within a quiet residential building with permanent residents.
To respect the calm nature of the space:
* No loud music, parties, or excessive noise is permitted after 10:00 pm.
* Quiet hours are strictly observed between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Please note that the body corporate may issue a R1,500 fine for noise disturbances, which will be for the guest’s account.
Occupancy & Visitors
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.
For the comfort and safety of all guests and residents:
* No unregistered guests or visitors are permitted without prior arrangement.
* Any unauthorised overnight guests staying past 10:00 pm will incur an additional charge of R1,500 per person, per night.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Guests are welcome to smoke on the balcony with doors closed and care taken to keep the space fresh for future guests.
Safety & Personal Belongings
While every effort has been made to create a safe and secure environment, guests remain responsible for their personal belongings and wellbeing during their stay.
By confirming your reservation, guests acknowledge responsibility for themselves and those accompanying them while using the apartment and building facilities.
