Will never stay there again!

Where to start. Check-in took ages and then receptionist did not even know that I booked 2 rooms after waiting to get checked in I had to tell her that there should be 2 rooms under my booking. Eventually after check in we were taken to our rooms, where we got the wrong rooms, room with 2 beds should have been for my 2 teenagers where room with 1 bed should have been for myself and husband, not difficult, but ja, we changed around ourselves. When we were shown our rooms I noticed there were no bottled water in our room (the other room had), I asked the porter to please send water to our room, well I am still waiting for the water. There were problems with water in the rooms because of a pipe burst, none told us about it, after trying to flush the toilet we phoned reception and only then did they tell us oh there is a water pipe problem. We pre-booked a shuttle service for a specific time when we booked in, in was half an hour late we stood waiting outside without anyone asking if they can assist, we eventually had to go and ask reception to phone the shuttle to find out where he is. Our bathroom floor and shower was dirty. When we went for breakfast the next morning there was nothing left to eat in the bay marines, the waitress did not even mention that we can order eggs how we wanted it, when we asked when they will be filling up we were told by the chef that it would take 20 minutes to refill everything and that the waitress was supposed to take our orders for our eggs, needless to say we could not wait another 20 minutes to get breakfast as we still had far to travel so we ended up leaving without breakfast. On the table where the fruit and yogurt was displayed flies was sitting on everything. So ja, we paid for breakfast that was not available even though we were in the restaurant by 9 already, surely you know how many people are booked in to enable you to cater for all of them and to ensure there is something to dish up at all times? This establishment has got so much potential, but because of lack of decent management everything is going down the drain. Definitely not a 4 star establishment as advertised.
