Fabulous and on point. Not much to say; the villa was perfect and the park and atmosphere were over the moon. On another level, it was a perfect stay during winter.

Excellent stay. Crocodile Ridge was great! It's clean, well equipped and comfortable. The kids loved the pool, sandpit, jungle gym and the animals coming to nibble outside. There were some minor issues but nothing that would stop me from staying again.

Luukse ontspanning in die mooiste villa in die bos. Ons het baie lekker gebly, die plek is pragtig en so goed ingerig, die villa het alles wat mens nodig het om luuks te voel en te ontspan. Die eienaar is so vriendelik en het puik smaak, die villa lyk soos iets in 'n tydskrif!

Peaceful, breathing and value for money. Very professional host. Exceptional. Clean and very considerate and gentle host. Very clean and beautiful apartment. Very close to the road. Very safe. Beautiful views. Animals come by every now and then. Very beautiful, quiet and peaceful.

Not memorable compared to other places in Marloth Park. Shared bathroom was not disclosed. Couch and surroundings were not hygienic. WiFi was off. Emergency lights were not fully charged during load shedding. Noisy neighbours.

Dear Rajesh, We're deeply sorry to hear that your experience with us in Marloth Park didn't meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously and are truly sorry for any inconvenience and discomfort caused to you and your family during your stay. We strive to provide a high standard of service and amenities to all our guests, and it's clear we fell short in your case. We were under the impression that it is stated under our info on the booking platform that the house consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which means that guests will have to share one of the bathrooms. We will double-check and ensure that it is clear to guests booking in future. We maintain high hygiene standards in all areas and have forwarded your feedback to our cleaning team to step up the work and ensure that the house is spotless in future. We apologise for the WiFi availability. It could have been the network being unavailable during the power outage. We have asked the team to check emergency lighting systems regularly, especially during load shedding, to ensure they are charged and ready to be made use of. I have also sent you a private message to confirm which of the neighbours were noisy, as the house is in a quiet area and don’t normally deal with noise complaints and would like to ensure that this does not happen again. Wonderful memories were made. Our stay at the Crocodile Ridge Bush Villa was exceptional. We were greeted every morning with animals visiting while having coffee on the patio. The villa is clean and each room is stylishly decorated. It is well equipped, and the backup power system was so convenient. The private pool was sparkling clean to cool down after a hot day in the Kruger. Meghan is a super host and quick to reply should you have any questions. We will definitely be back.

Hoogs aan te bevele. Sal definitief weer gaan. Heerlike naweek saam met volwasse jong mense en 2 kinders. Hierdie huis is 'n kinderparadys! Lieflike speelarea met klouterraam, swaai, glyplank, gimnastiekringe en veilige swembad. Ten spyte van versengende hitte, het lugreëling en waaiers deurentyd gewerk.
