This unit can accommodate up to two guests and features one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The living area features an open-plan design with a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, bar fridge, coffee machine, cutlery, and crockery. Also available is a TV along with free wi-fi facilities.

House Rules
Smoking or vaping inside the suite or near open doors and windows is not permitted.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No visitors or additional overnight guests are permitted.
No parties or events are allowed. Guests are asked to respect the quiet residential environment.
Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00.
The suite and its contents must be treated with care and left tidy on departure.
Lights, appliances, and air conditioning must be switched off when leaving the unit.
The suite door and security gate must be locked when guests leave the premises or retire for the night.
Furniture may not be moved, and no items may be removed from the suite.
Any damages or maintenance issues must be reported immediately.
Secure parking is available on site. Access instructions will be provided prior to arrival. The parking gate is manually operated and must be locked after entry or exit.
Pets are not allowed. There is one dog and three cats on the property; they are friendly and may occasionally greet guests.
Guests are responsible for lost keys or any damage during their stay.
Breakfast is available on request at an additional cost, payable before check-out. Guests are kindly asked to provide 24 hours’ notice if breakfast is required.
Johannesburg may experience temporary water interruptions due to maintenance. Water will be provided for essential needs during such times.
