Guests will be required to sign a separate registration form prior to arrival in order to facilitate check-in.
Groups consisting solely of solo travellers are not permitted unless arranged by prior request.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted.
No parties of any kind may be held at the property.
No noise or music of any kind is permitted between 21:00 and 07:00 during the week, and between 22:00 and 07:00 on weekends.
For bookings with monthly discounts, electricity will be for the guest’s own account.
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rate but can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability and approval.
