House Rules
Guests must strictly adhere to the instructions provided upon arrival. The booking guest is responsible for the conduct of all members of their group and must ensure that the property is treated with care and respect at all times.
Each property has a maximum occupancy limit, which may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Any loss of, or damage to, the property or its contents (including the inverter, linen, equipment, and accessories) will be assessed by Be in Betty's Bay. The guest will be liable for the cost of any repairs or replacements and must settle these costs upon request. Any damage or loss must be reported before departure.
Should the property become uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the owner's control, a refund will be provided for the period during which the property was unavailable. No additional compensation will be payable.
Be in Betty's Bay reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time if guests engage in inappropriate behaviour or cause a disturbance to neighbours or the surrounding community.
Quiet hours are in effect from 22:00.
By paying the deposit, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions provided by Be in Betty's Bay.
