Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and verification purposes, a valid form of identification or passport will be required upon check-in. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount is determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that allows for reasonable daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee will apply.
