House Rules
The apartment is in a residential building; all guests must follow the building rules.
Maximum 2 guests per one-bedroom unit (plus up to 2 visitors) and 4 guests per two-bedroom unit (plus up to 2 visitors).
Visitors are allowed only between 08:00 and 21:00.
No loud music, noise, or parties inside the apartment or in corridors.
Alcohol in common areas is prohibited.
Guests must accept the building rules at electronic check-in; a copy can be requested.
Non-compliance may result in eviction, fines, and no refund.
