Basic cleaning supplies are provided however, please note that the quantities may not be sufficient for extended stays.
Occupancy is limited to the number of guests confirmed at booking.
Vehicles and boats must be parked in designated areas.
Locked cupboards are for owners’ personal items.
Washing boats or vehicles is not allowed during water restrictions please confirm with us first.
Fish must be cleaned only in the designated area; please tidy up afterwards.
No smoking inside the building.
Quiet hours: 22:00–06:00. Please respect neighbors.
No pets allowed on the property.
Close all doors and windows.
Please inform us of your departure time so we can secure water, gas, and other services.
