Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R400 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Seafood is not allowed to be cooked or warmed up.
No loud music/TV or other noise.
Quiet time from 22:00.
Guests must please wash their own dishes.
Smoking is prohibited inside the unit - a fine of R3000 will apply should guests smoke inside the unit.
No pets are allowed.
No additional persons are allowed on the property, only those for whom the booking has been made and paid for.
Both units use prepaid meters for air conditioning.
If you loose the key there will be an additional cost.
