Guest Registration
To ensure a smooth check-in process, guests will be required to complete and sign a separate guest registration form prior to arrival.

Electricity & Load Shedding
South Africa currently experiences scheduled power interruptions, commonly referred to as load shedding. Electricity outages may occur for periods of approximately 2.5 hours or longer, sometimes without prior notice.

Many property owners have implemented backup solutions and measures to minimise inconvenience and ensure guest comfort wherever possible. Guests are encouraged to download the ESP – The Loadshedding App via their app store to stay informed about outage schedules and plan accordingly.

Please note that load shedding is beyond the control of the managing agent and property owner. Unfortunately, no refunds, discounts, or compensation will be provided for any inconvenience or interruption to services caused by load shedding.

Noise Restrictions
This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and guests are kindly requested to respect the noise regulations enforced by the body corporate and local authorities.

Please note the following house rules:

No parties or events may be hosted at the property.
Noise or music audible to neighbours is not permitted between 21:00 and 07:00 on weekdays, and between 22:00 and 07:00 on weekends.
Shouting, hooting, or disruptive behaviour in the street is not permitted at any time.
Visitor parking is limited. Please ensure that guests do not block garages or driveways.

Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and protection against theft or loss of personal belongings.

Group Bookings
Groups consisting solely of solo travellers are only permitted on request. Bachelor and bachelorette party groups are not allowed.

Children
While children are welcome at the property, parents and guardians are advised that certain features — such as balconies, split-level terraces, or unfenced pools — may pose safety risks for younger children. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are expected to supervise children at all times.

Monthly Stays
For discounted monthly bookings, please note the following:

Electricity usage will be for the guest’s own account.
Standard amenities, including Wi-Fi and DSTV (where applicable), are included.
Reasonable water usage is included and monitored in accordance with current municipal restrictions.
