House Rules
Children and infants are welcome.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. We can accommodate dogs and cats only, with a maximum of 2 pets per booking. Guests are fully responsible for their pets’ behaviour, health, and safety during their stay and will be liable for any damages caused.
This is a strictly non-smoking and environmentally friendly property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including the patio and garden. Guests are asked to be considerate for the next visitor. Should smoking occur on the property, an additional fee will be charged to cover professional steam cleaning.
No parties or gatherings are permitted. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors are allowed, but must not exceed four people at any time, and overnight stays are not permitted. The total number of people on the property, including booked guests and visitors, may not exceed eight.
A gathering is considered a party if:
More than eight people are present at any one time, or
More than four visitors are present in addition to the booked guests.
Unauthorised parties, events, or gatherings may result in an event fee and an additional cleaning fee.
Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Any fines imposed by local authorities due to excessive noise will be charged to the responsible guest, plus a handling fee.
No firearms, weapons, illegal substances, or illegal activities are permitted on the property.
The house is not serviced during your stay. For long-term bookings, a spare set of towels and linen will be provided. A fully equipped laundry with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities is available for your convenience. Additional laundry services are available nearby.
