House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Parties, loud gatherings, and events are not allowed. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00 to respect neighbouring properties.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unapproved visitors are not allowed. Guests are requested to treat the home with care and leave it in a reasonably tidy condition.
Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately. Pets are only permitted with prior approval.
Guests are requested to switch off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use and to ensure that doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Consideration should be given to the home, neighbours, and the surrounding community at all times.
