Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please treat the house and everything in it with respect.
Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
Do not move furniture or remove décor or equipment from the house.
Refuse is collected on Wednesdays. Please place the wheelie bin outside the boundary for collection. All refuse must be placed in black bags; bins are not to be tipped over.
Please extinguish the coals in the braai area at night.
Kindly store the outdoor furniture cushions indoors at night – they get damp outside.
The roll-down blinds on the patio are for wind protection. If used, please roll them up again in the evening.
Break-ins are not a concern, but please lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please be considerate and smoke only on the patio.
