The fourth and fifth bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds and the 2 shared bathrooms are fitted with a shower/ bath, toilet, and basin.
The open-plan living areas provide ample space for guests to relax and spend quality time together. The comfortable lounge is furnished with seating and a TV, while the dining area is ideal for shared meals. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, cutlery, crockery, utensils, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a breakfast counter that flows to the dining area offering a for 10-seater dining table that leads out to the balcony overlooking the garden. The house offers both indoor and outdoor braai facilities. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining while overlooking the large garden.
The entertainment area is in the garage that has been converted into a games area and features a pool table and foosball table.
The property is conveniently located within easy reach of Langebaan's beaches, restaurants, shops, and attractions. Guests can spend their days exploring the Langebaan Lagoon, enjoying water sports such as kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, kite surfing, and windsurfing, or visiting the nearby West Coast National Park. Club Mykonos is also a short drive away and offers a variety of entertainment and dining options.
