House Rules

Children aged between 0 and 2 stay free.
Children aged between 3 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation.
Guests are required to enquire about the condition of the gravel road before booking.
Please note that Duckbay Lodge is only accessible with a 4x4 vehicle.
Please note that for any damage to, or breakage of, any of our property, the full sales price, estimated replacement value or repair cost will be charged. This includes lost keys, gate clickers or breakages not advised of on departure.
No pets are allowed.
We reserve the right to terminate a reservation immediately should the need arise due to unruly behavior or disruptions to other Resort Guests.
