Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property.
The property is equipped with an inverter backup power supply for loadshedding, and the stove top operates on gas.
Booking requirements must be completed prior to arrival in accordance with the property management company’s terms.
Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 10 guests accommodated across 5 en-suite bedrooms. This limit may not be exceeded at any time. Additional sleeping arrangements for up to 2 guests may be available on request and must be arranged in advance.
The property is not child-friendly. Guests are required to supervise children at all times, as there are no safety barriers on stairs or railings. The owners and property management accept no liability for any incidents or accidents.
Guests travelling with infants are required to bring their own baby equipment, including a camp cot and high chair.
Linen and towels are provided. Bath towels are reserved for indoor use and may not be used for beach or outdoor purposes.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Cigarettes must be disposed of responsibly using designated ashtrays and not on patios, in gardens, or in toilets.
Unruly or disruptive behaviour may result in eviction. Parties and events are not permitted. The property is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and guests are expected to respect neighbours at all times. Noise levels must be kept low throughout the day, with quiet hours observed after 22h00.
The property must be left in a reasonable condition upon departure.
Housekeeping services are not available at this property.
All applicable conservation or property-related fees must be clearly displayed and will apply as required.
