Linen, bath towels, full DStv package, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, dishwashing liquid, one black bag, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, soap, shampoo and cream are provided on arrival.
There is secure parking in the building for 2 vehicles.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The apartment operates on a prepaid electricity system. Guests are responsible for their electricity usage during their stay. For convenience, approximately 100 units of electricity will be loaded onto the meter before arrival, and any additional usage is for the guest’s account.
A maximum of 6 guests may be accommodated in the apartment at any given time.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. No parties are permitted in the apartment. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Bath towels may not be used as swimming towels.
All windows and doors must be kept closed when guests are not in the apartment, as the area is known for sudden, strong winds which may cause damage.
No noise or loud music is permitted. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00.
Wet feet are not permitted in the lifts.
No laundry or towels may be hung over balcony railings.
Guests are requested not to throw any food, cigarettes, or other items over the balcony railing.
Please note that check-in is not available on 25 and 26 December and 1 January.
