House Rules
Daily housekeeping is included in the nightly rate. For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with at least 24 hours’ notice and may incur an extra charge.
This unique villa features a distinctive design and exceptional amenities. Guests should note that the staircases are open and do not have traditional handrails, so extra caution is advised, particularly for children or guests with mobility concerns. The game room is intended for enjoyment, and all equipment should be used responsibly and with care. Guests are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the villa’s layout and features before booking.
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests, including adults and children. All overnight guests must be registered at the time of booking, as unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. A valid ID or passport will be required at check-in for security and verification purposes.
All properties are strictly non-smoking. Tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the property’s quality and at the discretion of the owner or management.
Electricity usage is governed by a fair-use policy, allowing reasonable daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the host. Arrivals after 00:00 incur an additional fee.
